We are looking for a HSE-supervisor to oversee and ensure compliance with all the health, safety, regulations of the project. If you have all the qualifications and experiences with the similar work this might be the opportunity to join us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HS Coordinator in the implementation of the Health and Safety Culture through the organization.
• Ensure that employees are familiar with safety policy, responsibilities, processes as defined in the management system and are aware of the importance and effect of their tasks within the safety work
• Support production and involved subcontractors to plan for safe and effective production and to verify that this is being done.
• Conduct daily inspections within your designated areas
• Reporting and manage of RUH as per contract requirement.
• Support coordinators to conduct weekly safety inspections within your designated areas
• Emergency preparedness within your designated area (as per Emergency preparedness plan)
• Conduct accident investigations for minor accidents and support for the serious.
• Attend SJA when required
• Control of chemicals on site
• Control machinery tools and auxiliary means on site

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Training: Technical Degree (Engineering/ Civil Roads/ Environmental or equivalent)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant role in Health & Safety Management of complex infrastructural project

SOTRA Link Construction awarded the contract to build the new Sotra connection for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. This includes Norway’s first 4-lane suspension bridge.
