We are looking for an experienced bim/ cad operator to be incharge of the workflow implementation across the entire project. If you have all the qualifications and experiences with the similar work this might be the oppurtunity to join us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving the design BIM approach to be able to manage digitally the information coming from design parties that is mandatory to establish the way BIM protocols are needed by the company.
• Driving Cost & Control, Planning and Design break down structure to being able to link cost, schedule and design. It is needed to stablish the right implementation of key parameters to be able to link the three different disciplines.
• Assisting H&S, QA and ENV teams for the BIM implementation within their departments and daily tasks. BIM system to carry out checks on site by digital tools.
• Workshops along the different parties to let them know how it is possible to use the software are needed for BIM development.
• Implementation of the Risk Management workflow from design phase until production team. Digital flows to be able to be managed, visualize and follow up of the risks along the different areas of the project.
• Dedicated meetings for BIM strategy with the Client.
• In charge of the software budget for Technical & BIM Department.

• Software knowledge: Revit, Naviswork Manage, BIM Collab, Bexel Manager, Synchro, Sitevision Trimble Connect, ACC, EXCEL, Power BI
• Project Management Skills
• Data analysis
• Novapoint – QUADRI
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in English Language

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/ Training: Technical Superior Architectural Degree, BIM Master (1 year in presence )

Experience: 3 Years BIM Experience

SOTRA Link Construction awarded the contract to build the new Sotra connection for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. This includes Norway’s first 4-lane suspension bridge. New road is scheduled to open on June 1, 2027. Our head office is located in Knarrevik Business Park, just across the Sotra bridge.
